Boer Cola ‘WIN a Toyota Land Cruiser FJ45’ Competition 2022

This competition is run by Boer Bier (Pty) Ltd, trading as Boer Cola. The grand prize is to win a Toyota Land Cruiser FJ45 vehicle.

This competition starts on 01 April 2022 and ends on 30 June 2023.

Entry Mechanism: Purchase any specially marked Boer Cola product, dial *120*1538#, follow the prompts and enter the unique code found under the tab (300ml cans) or at the back of the label (500ml bottles). The winner of the prize will be selected through a random draw of names by Boer Cola.

• Employees of Boer Bier (Pty) Ltd, and any associated companies and their immediate families or any person having direct involvement with the devising and distribution of this competition or any involvement with the company’s product and services and such person’s immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

• Entry to the competition is via the USSD code only (*120*1538#). Sessions are charged at R0.20 per 20 seconds. Free minutes do not apply.

• No late entries will be considered.

• Boer Bier (Pty) Ltd and associated companies and sponsors are not responsible for any incomplete, inarticulate, garbled or incorrect details.

• All media and information regarding participation in this competition must be read subject to these rules. If required, as a result of legislation or regulation, the promoter shall have the right to terminate the competition immediately and without notice. In this case, by entering, all entrants agree to waive any right that they may have in terms of the competition and acknowledge and agree that they will have no recourse of whatever nature against Boer Bier (Pty) Ltd and associated agents.

• The vehicle presented to the winner may differ from the image used in advertising materials.

• Prizes are not transferable or convertible to cash.

• Boer Bier (Pty) Ltd & associated companies of this campaign hold no liability for any prize being damaged within transit.

• The decision of Boer Bier (Pty) Ltd is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

• Boer Bier (Pty) Ltd and associated agents and prize sponsors assume no liability whatsoever for any direct or indirect loss or damages occurring as a result of participation in this competition.

• All entrants, by entering, accept that their entries will become the property of Boer Bier (Pty) Ltd. Any prizes not claimed within 30 days will be forfeited in its entirety and is non-negotiable.

• All entrants, by entering, consents to the collection of their personal information by Boer Bier (Pty) Ltd for marketing purposes, and processed by a third-party, for the purposes of this competition.

• Boer Bier (Pty) Ltd shall ensure that all the provisions of the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 is complied with in respect of any personal information that is collected through the course of the competition and thereafter.

• The draw will be held on Monday, 17 July 2023. If Boer Bier (Pty) Ltd is unable to contact the chosen potential winner of the applicable draw telephonically within 72 hours, Boer Bier (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to disqualify such winners and draw new winners immediately thereafter.

• The prize winner may be required to appear and be identified on or in national or regional media at no fee.

• The prize winner will, on the date on which the prize is handed over to him/her enter into an agreement in respect of a donation which will regulate the terms of the donation that is made.

• All entrants to the competition agree to be bound by the competition rules.

• All entrants must be 18 years or older, reside in the Republic of South Africa and be citizens of RSA with an official RSA identity document.

• Entering this competition indicates acceptance of these rules.
